Windmill Class Association

On the Windmill class web site, which you obviously have found (duh), click on ARTICLES at the top. There you will find all kinds of information on the boat, setting it up, sailing the Windmill, etc. The part about TUNING the rig is sort of the last thing you do after setting the boat up and getting it in working order. It does make it sail better, not just faster, when it is set close to the specs noted there. Dave Ellis
