Tom, You could donate your boat the Manatee County Maritime Museum, which is dedicated to restoring wooden boats of historical significance to Florida. I know the Windmill qualifies. You could get a non-profit donation credit for more than you're asking. They're in Cortez, Florida just west of Bradenton about an hour and a half from you.
