Windmill Class Association

dede and i hail out of the ccsc, where we race in the daysailer fleet. the ds group is participating in the carlisle. we would be happy to race our new windmill if we get enough boats for a start (5 boats). is anyone planning to attend? if not, we'll see y'all at the southerns. beau windmill 4922

:: For those sailors coming to the Tampa Bay area for the
:: Thanksgiving Regatta, there's a regatta one weekend
:: prior to that one called the Carlisle Classic November
:: 21 and 22, and the Windmill fleet has been invited.

:: This regatta is held in the inter coastal water way so
:: it's sheltered from any big wave action, the water is
:: really clean. This is an absolutely outstanding venue
:: with a very nice hard packed beach to launch from, you
:: can drive right on the beach.

:: They told us that there would be no late fee even though
:: it says there is one on the NOR, due to them dropping
:: the ball and not getting this event advertised.

:: The cost is $75 which includes an awesome dinner catered
:: by a real restaurant that has great food.
